摘要
目的探讨骨化三醇联合益肾化湿颗粒对糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)微炎症及氧化应激的影响。方法选取104例DN患者,将其随机分为对照组(n=52)及观察组(n=52)。两组患者均采用连续不卧床腹膜透析处方,对照组给予骨化三醇,观察组在对照组的基础上联合益肾化湿颗粒,两组均连续治疗2个月。检测两组患者治疗前后血清肾功能指标、营养学相关指标、血清炎性因子及氧化应激状态。结果与治疗前比,治疗2个月后两组血清BUN、Scr、hs-CRP、IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、MDA、AOPPs水平及SGA评分显著降低(P <0.05或P <0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.01),血清Ccr、ALB、PA、Hb、SOD水平显著升高(P <0.05或P <0.01),且观察组显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论骨化三醇联合益肾化湿颗粒可显著改善DN患者肾功能,提高其营养状态,抑制炎性反应,改善氧化应激状态。
Objective To explore the effects of calcitriol combined with Yishenhuashi Particle on microin-flammation and oxidative stress of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Totally 104 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52).Peritoneal dialysis was performed in the 2 groups.The control group was treated with calcitriol and the observation group additionally with Yishenhuashi Particle for consecutive 2 months.Serum renal function indicators,nutrition-related indicators,serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress status in the 2 groups were detected before and after the treatment.Results Compared with those before the treatment,serum BUN,Scr,hs-CRP,IL-8,IL-6,TNF-α,MDA,AOPPs levels and SGA scores in the 2 groups 2 months after the treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);serum Ccr,ALB,PA,Hb and SOD levels significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Calcitriol combined with Yishenhuashi Particle can significantly improve the renal function of diabetic nephropathy patients,enhance the nutritional status,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,and improve the state of oxidative stress.
