镍铁矿热炉渣制备胶凝材的可行性试验与分析

摘要 本文分析了镍铁矿热炉渣的化学组成、物理性能和性能特点。研究了镍铁矿热炉渣微粉的基础性能和非金属磨料的基础性能,探讨了其与普硅水泥、高炉矿粉比例复合制备复合胶凝材的可行性,试验证明,镍铁矿热炉渣可以作为非金属磨料使用,而用于制备复合胶凝材具有可行性。 The article summarizes analyzes the chemical composition,physical properties and performance characteristics of nickel iron ore hot slag.The basic properties of nickel-iron ore hot slag powder and the basic properties of non-metallic abrasives were studied. The feasibility of the preparation of composite cementitious materials combined with ordinary silica cement and blast furnace ore was explored. The experiment proved that the nickel-iron ore heat can be used as Non-metallic abrasives are used and it is feasible to prepare composite gelling materials.
