摘要
通过试验研究对轻骨料混凝土进行配合比设计与优化,用废弃混凝土制得的粗骨料100%取代普通混凝土配合比中的天然粗骨料,并在一定范围内改变陶粒掺量和减水剂掺量,研究轻骨料混凝土的基本力学性能和导热性,通过9组试验对比,提出轻骨料混凝土的最佳配合比,为轻骨料混凝土砌块的设计与制备提供参考。
By experimenting and researching,the authors have perfected the mix proportion of lightweight concrete.By using coarse aggregate get from waste concrete totally replace the crude coarse aggregate in ordinary mix proportion,and change the scale of the ceramic granule and the water-reducing admixture to study the new concrete,s basic mechanical property and thermal conductivity.Using the comparison of the nine groups experiments to put forward the best lightweight concrete mix proportion which can give reference for making lightweight concrete blocks.
