摘要
研究不同超细粉煤灰掺量及不同水灰比对混凝土抗压拉强度的影响,并对试验结果做出分析。结果表明:采用超细粉煤灰替代水泥及其他骨料会降低混凝土的压拉强度。在超细粉煤灰掺量为10%左右的时候,28 d抗压强度下降缓慢,当超过20%以后,28 d抗压强度下降趋势加快;在超细粉煤灰掺量为10%左右的时候,28 d抗拉强度下降趋势平缓,当超过20%以后,28 d抗拉强度出现较大的下降趋势。试验结果表明:超细粉煤灰最佳用量为10%左右,且超细粉煤灰用量为影响混凝土抗拉压强度的主要因素。
The effects of different ultrafine fly ash content and different water-cement ratio on compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete were studied,and the test results were analyzed.The results show that the use of ultrafine fly ash instead of cement and other aggregates will reduce the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete.When the ultra-fine fly ash content is about 10%,28 d compressive strength decreased slowly,when more than 20%,28 d compressive strength decreased trend; in the ultra-fine fly ash content is about 10%,The tensile strength of 28 d was flat,and when the content was more than20%,the tensile strength of 28 days showed a large downward trend. The experimental results show that the most suitable amount of superfine fly ash is about 10%. And the amount of ultrafine fly ash for the impact of concrete tensile strength is the main factor.
