摘要
混凝土表面气泡是指混凝土脱模后在表面形成的空洞,它是由于混凝土夹带的空气向混凝土与模板界面迁移所造成的。本文结合杨房沟水电站尾水洞浇筑通过图像处理手段对影响表面气泡的主要因素进行了分析,对影响因素与表面气泡进行定量分析。控制引气剂掺量、粉煤灰用量可以降低表面气泡面积以及大于3 mm严重影响外观气泡个数。增加振捣时间混凝土表面气泡是先减少后增加,对于控制表面气泡存在一个最佳振捣时间。
Air bubbles on the concrete surface refer to the hollow formed on the surface when the concrete is demoulded. It is caused by the migration of concrete entrained air to the interface between the concrete and the formwork. In this paper,the main factors effecting air bubbles on the surface are analyzed through the image processing method in combination with the tailing cave casting of the Yangfanggou hydropower station, and the relationship between the influencing factors and the surface will be quantitatively analyzed. Controlling the amount of air-entraining agent,the amount of fly ash can reduce the area of air bubbles on the surface and the number of bubbles that seriously affect the appearance of air bubbles.Increase the vibrating time the bubble on the surface is reduced first and then increased,there is an optimal vibration time for controlling bubbles on the surface.
