响应面法优化碱化蔗渣发酵工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用响应面法确定碱化蔗渣发酵工艺的最佳条件,为蔗渣饲料的生产提供科学可靠的工艺参数。通过分析发酵起始pH值、水分、糖蜜和尿素的添加量、菌种接种量等单因素对发酵后蔗渣的感观和pH值的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,以碱化蔗渣发酵后的pH值为响应值,通过响应面中心组合设计法优化碱化蔗渣的发酵工艺条件。实验结果表明,碱化蔗渣发酵的最佳工艺条件为:发酵起始pH 8~10,水分70%~80%,糖蜜添加量为2%,尿素添加量为0.75%,菌种接种量为0.1%。在该最佳发酵工艺条件下,发酵后的碱化蔗渣平均pH为3.9左右,品质良好。 Response surface method was used to determine the optimum conditions for alkaline bagasse fermentation,so as to provide scientific and reliable process parameters for bagasse feed production.The influence of single factors such as fermentation starting pH value,moisture,molasses,urea amount,bacteria amount for inoculation were analyzed on the fermentation of bagasse senses and pH value.On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface central composite design method to optimize the fermentation conditions of bagasse alkaline was researched with bagasse fermented after alkaline pH value for the response.The experimental results showed that the optimal technological conditions for alkaline bagasse fermentation were:the initial pH of fermentation was8~10,70%~80%of moisture,2%of molasses,0.75%of urea and0.1%of bacteria for inoculation.Under the optimal fermentation conditions,the average pH of alkaline bagasse after fermentation was about3.9,and quality was good.
