美国科学促进会科研发展、热点分析及经验借鉴

Scientific Research Development,Hotspots Analyzing and Experience References of the American Association for the Advancement of Science(AAAS)

美国科学促进会是世界上历史悠久,规模最大的科学组织之一,它为进一步认识美国科学技术和科技政策的走向提供了一个广阔的视角。根据对美国科学促进会(AAAS)的科研领域资金投入情况、资料分析、发展规划以及2018年发展动态分析,对美国科技政策发展走向,科学技术热点领域、交叉学科领域融合以及国际科学合作情况展开研究分析工作。对加强我国学协会基础研究、应用研究和科学发展走向上制定有效策略提出几点建议。

The American Association for the Advancement of Science(AAAS)is one of the world’s oldest and largest scientific organizations.It provides a broad perspective for us to understand the direction of science and technology policy in the United States.Based on research of fund investment,data analysis,development project and 2018 development dynamic analysis of AAAS,this paper discusses US science and technology policy development trend,science and technology hot research fields,interdisciplinary field integration and international science cooperation.The authors summarize some suggestions on strengthening effective strategies establishment of basic science research and application research for science and technology of China.
