摘要
天津LNG作为中国首例浮式LNG项目,在国内没有操作经验可以借鉴,其中浮式储存气化装置(FSRU)是集LNG运输、储存、加压气化及蒸发气(BOG)处理于一体的综合型LNG运输船。针对FSRU在实际运行中的BOG压力难以控制、原料多组分差异化造成LNG分层翻滚严重、小气量外输能耗较高等重点问题进行分析,通过优化气化外输量、气化速度、进料方式、管线保冷,实行船岸联动,精确控制LNG供给量等方式对相关工艺进行优化,实现了安全生产和节能减排,为今后相关项目的顺利实施奠定了坚实的基础。
Tianjin LNG,as the first floating LNG project in China,has no operational experience for reference.The floating storage and gasification unit(FSRU)is a comprehensive LNG transport ship integrating LNG transportation,storage,pressurized gasification and BOG.This paper mainly discusses the problem and the solutions of BOG pressure controlling,LNG component difference,the high energy consumption of small volume sending out in the first floating LNG project in China.Through optimizing the gasification rate,gasification speed,feeding mode,cooling pipeline,carrying out the linkage of ship and shore,and controlling the supply of LNG accurately,the related processes are optimized to achieve safety production and energy saving and emission reduction,which lays a solid foundation for the successful development of related projects home and abroad.
