新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征应用综合护理模式的临床价值

Clinical value of comprehensive nursing mode for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

目的探讨对患有呼吸窘迫综合征的患儿应用综合护理模式的临床价值。方法对本院小儿科于2016年1月至2018年1日期间收治的86例患有呼吸窘迫综合征的新生儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中43例新生儿在治疗期间采用常规护理记为对照组,另43例患者在治疗期间采用综合护理记为实验组,比较两组患儿护理效果。结果实验组护理的总优良率为95.35%,对照组护理的总优良率为79.07%,实验组对护理结果的满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患儿的PaO2指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05),PaCO2指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用综合护理模式对患有呼吸窘迫的新生儿进行护理,既可以帮助患儿提高生活质量,又可以改善血气情况,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of applying comprehensive nursing mode to children with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 86 neonates with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our department of Pediatrics during 2016.1-2018.1 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,43 neonates were routinely treated as a control group during treatment.In the treatment period,patients were treated with comprehensive nursing as the experimental group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 95.35%,and the total excellent and good rate of the control group was 79.07%.The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PaO 2 index of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the PaCO 2 index was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing mode to the care of neonates with respiratory distress can not only help children improve their quality of life,but also improve blood gas and improve treatment.
