新生儿不同监测部位脉搏血氧饱和度与血气分析对比研究

摘要 目的对比不同监测部位新生儿脉搏血氧饱和度与血气指标的准确度,以找到测量脉搏血氧饱和度和血气的最佳部位。方法从该院于2017年1月至2018年1月收治的新生儿肺炎患儿中选择53例进行研究,分别应用雅培便捷式的床旁血气分析仪、迈瑞手握式的脉搏血氧饱和度仪在患儿足、手、耳垂、前额处进行监测,同桡动脉血血气分析值的动脉血氧分压做等效性分析。结果对患儿不同部位的监测值进行比较,发现患儿足部、手部的脉搏血氧饱和度与动脉血氧分压秩和之差不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),且两个部位的差效低于等效界值。结论对新生儿进行脉搏血氧饱和度与血气分析监测时,最好选择足部和手部。 Objective To compare the accuracy of pulse oximetry and blood gas index in neonates at different monitoring sites to find the best part to measure pulse oximetry and blood gas.Methods A total of 53 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to our hospital from 2017.1-2018.1 were enrolled in the study.Abbott′s portable bedside blood gas analyzer and Mindray′s hand-held pulse oximeter were used in the children′s foot.The hand,the earlobe,and the forehead were monitored,and the arterial partial pressure of blood was analyzed for equivalence with the blood gas analysis value of the radial artery.Results The monitoring values of different parts of the children were compared.It was found that there was no statistical difference between the pulse oximetry of the foot and hand and the rank of arterial oxygen partial pressure(P>0.05).The difference between the parts is lower than the equivalent boundary value.Conclusion It is best to choose the foot and hand when monitoring neonatal pulse oximetry and blood gas analysis.
