中西医结合在带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗中的临床分析

Combine traditional chinese and western medicine after herpes zoster neuralgia treatment of chinical analysis

目的根据不同证型运用大柴胡汤和与穿山甲蜈蚣五灵止痛散;逍遥散和穿山甲蜈蚣五灵止痛散;补阳还五汤和穿山甲蜈蚣五灵止痛散;并配合伐昔洛韦与单纯应用伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹及带状疱疹后遗神经痛在临床治疗中的疗效观察。方法将120例带状疱疹患者随机分成两组各60例;对照组给予伐昔洛韦口服治疗,阿昔洛韦软膏外涂。治疗组在此基础上加服中药汤剂或配方颗粒。两组均治疗14天。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛改善情况、中医症状改善情况、有无后遗神经痛方面、不良反应方面有无显著差异。结果治疗组、对照组治疗总有效率分别是93.33%、80.16%。组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);首次治疗后治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组没有遗留带状疱疹后遗神经痛的明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西药伐昔洛韦联合中药汤剂或中药配方颗粒治疗下可明显缩短病程,明显改善中医症候,减少后遗神经痛的发生。治疗效果理想,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective According to different types of syndrome,the decoction of radix bupleurum and laugh powder and the five-spirit of pangolin centipede relieve the pain of the three-ling,the Jiawei Xiaoyao pills and the pangolin Centipede five Ling to relieve the pain;invigorating Yang also five soup with melon Lou Safflower Licorice decoction and Pangolin centipede five spirit pain,combined with acyclovir and the use of acyclovir to treat herpes zoster and herpes zoster in the clinical treatment of neuralgia.Methods 120 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases.The control group was given oral treatment of acyclovir,and the Acyclovir ointment was applied externally.Treatment group on the basis of the use of Chinese herbal formula granules,according to the application of gentian decoction,soup with large bupleurum,Xiaoyao powder,Yang also five soup and melon Lou safflower scattered,and laugh scattered add and subtract groups.There were no significant differences in clinical efficacy,pain improvement,Chinese medicine symptom improvement,no residual neuralgia,and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 93.33%,80.16%respectively.There were statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05),and the VAS score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group had no residual neuralgia after herpes zoster(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Western medicine and Chinese herbal Formula granules can shorten the course of disease,obviously improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine and reduce the occurrence of neuralgia.The treatment effect is ideal,the safety is high,it is worth popularizing.
