普林格尔仪联合手法治疗产后生理性乳胀疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of pringle instrument combined with manipulation on postpartum physiologic milk inflation

目的分析普林格尔仪联合手法治疗在应对产后生理性乳胀方面的治疗效果。方法对本院2016年1~6月的126例产后生理性乳胀产妇的治疗过程进行回顾性分析。将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组63例。对照组选择传统的局部按摩人工治疗,观察组在此基础上联用普林格尔仪。比较两组患者治疗后的临床症状与乳汁排出情况来分析疗效。结果研究结果表明,观察组的治疗有效率达到了95.2%,而对照组的数据只有84.1%。两组患者治疗有效率数据差异明显,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普林格尔仪联合手法按摩在治疗产后生理性乳胀方面的效果要明显优于单独的人工按摩治疗,可以为今后的相关疾病提供关键的参考和借鉴,其科学性和有效性也让其成为了一种重要的保健疗法。

Objective The therapeutic effect of pringle instrument combined with manipulation on postpartum physiologic breast distension was analyzed.Methods The treatment of 126 cases of postpartum physiologic mammary distension in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 was retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional local massage,and the observation group was combined with pringle apparatus on this basis.The clinical symptoms and lactation excretion of the two groups were compared to analyze the curative effect.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group reached 95.2%,while that of the control group was only 84.1%.There was a significant difference in the treatment efficiency data between the two groups,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pringle instrument combined with manual massage has a better effect in the treatment of postpartum physiologic breast distension than individual artificial massage,which can provide a key reference and reference for related diseases in the future.Its scientific nature and effectiveness also make it an important health care treatment.
