摘要
山西焦煤汾西矿业集团高阳选煤厂(以下简称高阳选煤厂)尾煤煤泥灰分监控系统、矸石采样机控制系统和视频监控系统三者之间各自独立,都有自己特定的通信协议和驱动程序,开放性较差。原有系统信息监控传输只到现场监控室,无法传输到集团的远程监控室。针对以上问题,研究设计了一种基于OPC技术和.NET平台的选煤厂副产品煤质信息远程监控系统,介绍了该系统总体方案设计,详细阐述了OPC XML-DA服务器设计以及在.NET平台下实现B/S模式的Web远程监控客户端设计。实际使用表明,该系统统一了选煤厂原有的各自独立的副产品监控系统,为选煤厂信息化和智能化建设提供了新的思路。
In Gaoyang coal preparation plant of Shanxi Fenxi Mining Industry Group,the tailing coal slime ash monitoring system,gangue sampling machine control system and video monitoring system were independent respectively,each system had its own particular communication protocol and driver,the openness was poor.The original monitoring information only transmitted to the field monitoring room but not to the remote monitoring room of company.Aiming at above problems,a set of remote monitoring system of coal quality information of coal preparation plant by-product based on OPC and.NET was studied and designed,the overall scheme design was introduced,the design schemes of OPC XML-DA server and Web remote monitoring client which could realize B/S mode in the.NET platform were elaborated.The practical application showed that the system unified the original independent by-product monitoring system of coal preparation plant,and provided new thoughts for coal preparation plant's information and intelligence construction.
