摘要
文章以16 300 t化学品船为研究对象,研究液货系统在满足IBC CODE、OCMF要求的情况下,进一步优化、简化设计的可行性。通过对两个不同系统所采用设备的对比分析、液货泵计算选型,介绍两舱一泵液货系统与一舱一泵液货系统的不同之处以及设计特点。描述了液货泵选型方案以及安装工艺。在满足船东装载要求的情况下,新系统能有效降低初始建造成本,简化系统设计。对同类型船的设计具有一定的指导和参考价值。
This paper introduces the cargo system of a 16300 tonnage chemical tanker,and studies the feasibility to further optimize and simplify the design of the liquid cargo system under the requirements of IBC CODE and OCIMF.It presents the differences and design characteristics of the two-cabin-one-pump liquid cargo system and the one-cabin-one-pump liquid cargo system through the comparative analysis of the equipment of the two systems and the calculation and selection of the liquid cargo pump.It also describes the selection scheme and installation procedure of the cargo pumps.The new system can effectively reduce the initial construction cost and simplify the system design under the cargo loading requirements of the ship-owners.It can provide guidance and reference for the design of the similar ship.
