“海洋四号”船高张力万米绞车改造浅析

摘要 随着党的十八大召开以来,海洋强国成为实现中国梦的一个重要组成部分,加强海洋地质调查是实现海洋强国重要的一环,调查设备国产化是实现自主创新和海洋强国的重要支撑。针对"海洋四号"船万米绞车存在的问题,更换了高强度的滚筒,智能排缆器更换成可靠的机械排缆器。创新亮点体现在滚筒和传动齿轮分开,传动齿轮不参与端面强度的挤压,排缆器变为成熟可靠的机械排缆器。 The maritime power country has become an important part of Chinese dream since the 18th national congress of the CPC.The enhancement of the marine geological survey is an important link to build China into a maritime power,and the localization of the investigation equipment is an important support for the realization of independent innovation and maritime power.Aiming at the problems of the 10 000 m winch on the vessel“OceanⅣ”,the drum has been replaced by the high strength drum,and the intelligent cable device has been replaced by the reliable mechanical cable device.It is the innovation that the drum and the transmission gear are separated.And thus the transmission gear is not involved in the extrusion of the end strength,and the cable device will become the mature and reliable mechanical cable device.
