摘要
文章针对轻质夹层板板格在承受轮印载荷时出现应力波动现象进行分析,建立轮胎-夹层板模型,考虑轮胎冲击速度、位置和方向因素,通过显式动力求解获得不同载荷设置下夹层板板格的应力、应变规律和冲击压力分布特点。研究结果表明,上面板应力波动现象主要是由于薄板的弯曲刚度不足形成塑性区域从而一定程度丧失承载能力造成的,夹芯层设置可为上面板提供较大刚度有利于载荷重新分配;轮胎冲击位置和冲击方向的变化对应力分布和应力低谷现象存在一定影响。
The tire-panel model is established by the analysis of the stress fluctuation of the light weight sandwich panels subjected to the patch loading.Considering the impact speed,location and direction of the tire,the stressstrain and the impact pressure distribution of the sandwich panels under the different loads are obtained by the explicit dynamic solution.The results show that the stress fluctuation of the upper plate is mainly caused by the insufficient bending stiffness of the thin plate to form a plastic zone and thus to partially lose the bearing capacity,whereas the setting of the sandwich layer can provide greater stiffness for the upper panel with the favorable load redistribution.It also shows that the variation of the impact location and direction of the tire would have certain influence on the stress distribution and the stress trough.
