摘要
为了解决黄纸纸质粗糙柔软,不易加工的缺点,设计了一种新型黄纸折纸机,具有自动进纸、分纸、折纸等功能,通过SolidWorks三维建模软件建立折纸机的整体结构以及模拟工作过程,用AutoCAD对关键零件尺寸的设计,然后通过MATLAB工程分析软件分析关键零件的结构与性能,反复模拟得出折纸机折纸的最佳效果。在工厂制造样机,再通过现场折纸的试验表明该黄纸折纸机的折纸速度较快、方便折叠,并且减少了折纸过程中产生的粉尘,保证了折纸工人的身体健康。
The paper-money is rough and soft which causes lots of difficulties to process.In order to solve this problem,a new type of paper-money folding machine is designed,which has functions of automatic paper feeding,paper separation and paper folding.By following SolidWorks 3D modeling software,AutoCAD drawing software and MATLAB engineering analysis software's framework practice,dimension design and process simulation,this machine successfully passed the phase of trial test and showed its feasibility and practicality.This machine will increase the level of automation and improve production environment.At a result,this machine will safeguard the health of employees by reducing direct contact between the harsh working conditions workers and them.
