包钢烧结配加FMG混合粉的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 文章根据FMG混合粉的物理性能及其同化性能和液相流动性能,针对包钢500 m^2大型烧结机生产应用进行总结与分析研究。结果表明:在包钢目前工艺及原料条件下,FMG混合粉配比为20%时,烧结技术指标及烧结矿质量指标最佳;配比超过26%,烧结矿质量指标虽然可以通过相应的应对措施得到保障,但烧结过程控制难度加大。 In the paper,the production application of 500 m^2 large sintering machine of Baotou Steel is summarized,analyzed and studied based on the physical properties,assimilability and fluidity of liquid phase of FMG mixed powder.The results showed that the technical index of sintering and quality index of sinter were the best when the proportion of FMG mixed powder was 20%with the current sintering process and raw material conditions of Baotou Steel;when the proportion was more than 26%,although the quality index of sinter could be guaranteed by corresponding measures,the sintering process became more difficult to control.
