地表水及尾矿库积水配药对浮选指标的影响

Effects of Preparing Reagents with Surface Water and Ponding of Tailings Pond on Flotation Index

采用选厂尾矿库积水泵站回水、地表水配置浮选药剂进行浮选粗选试验,试验结果表明:回水、地表水可以代替生产新水配置铁反浮捕收剂、稀土捕收剂、混合浮选捕收剂、萤石浮选药剂,水质对浮选指标影响不大。采用回水和地表水配置浮选药剂,可以减少生产新水补水量,降低生产成本。

The backwater and surface water in the pump station for ponding of tailings pond were used for preparing flotation reagents for the primary flotation test.The test results showed that the backwater and surface water could be used for preparing the reverse floating collector of iron,collector of rare earth,mixed flotation collector and flotation reagents of fluorite instead of new water in productions and the effects of water quality on flotation index are not great so that the supplement of new water in productions and the production costs can be reduced.
