文章针对GKD_2、DF_(7G)型内燃机车在自阀手柄移至紧急制动位时,机车紧急制动但是柴油机不卸载及此现象造成的危害和原因进行分析,制定相应的改进措施。主要对相关电气控制线路和相应部件进行改造,从而避免机车正常作业实施紧急制动时柴油机不卸载所带来的巨大隐患和危害。

In the paper,the harms and causes of the problem that the diesel is not unloading with the emergency braking of locomotive when the valve handle is moved to the position of emergency braking for GKD2 and DF7G diesel locomotives are analyzed as well as the corresponding improvement measures are established.The relevant electrical control circuit and corresponding parts are transformed so as to avoid the huge hidden dangers and harms caused by emergency braking of locomotive during normal operations while the diesel is not unloading.
