金川11 m^3钢渣罐的设计开发与制造

摘要 文章介绍了金川公司110万t铜炉渣选矿工程钢渣罐的设计开发与制造,根据技术协议要求,经过结构设计、材料选取、计算机模拟和铸造工艺方案的优化,达到了盛装有色金属渣的设计要求,保证了铸钢渣罐铸件的开发和生产,最终产品质量稳定,满足了客户的使用要求。 In the paper,the design development and manufacturing of steel slag ladle for the mineral processing of 1.1 million tons of copper slag in Jinchuan Co.are introduced.According to the requirements of the technical agreement,the design requirements for loading the non-ferrous metallic slag are met through structural design,material selection,computer simulation and optimization of casting process plan so that the development and production of casting of cast steel slag ladle are guaranteed.As a result,the final product quality is stable and could meet the use requirements of customers.
