数控火焰切割机自动调高系统

摘要 文章介绍了数控火焰切割机的基本原理和结构,主要分析了自动调高系统。该控制系统本质上是一个位置随动系统,由三个反馈控制环组成,内环是电流截止负反馈,中间是电压反馈,外层是位置反馈。该系统顺利的保证了切割机的割嘴和待加工的钢板之间的距离为一恒值,提高切割的质量,减少了废料的产生。 In this article,it is introduced the basic principles and structure of the numerical controlled flame cutting machine as well as mainly analyzed the automatic height adjusting system.This control system is essentially a system of random position and composed of three feedback control loops.The inner loop is negative feedback of current cut-off,the middle loop is voltage feedback and the outer loop is position feedback.The distance between cutting torch of cutting machine and steel plate to be processed is smoothly ensured to be a constant with the system so that the cutting quality is improved and the scrap is reduced.
