包钢热轧加热炉自动化控制系统应用与研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章针对包钢热轧2 250 mm生产线年产量热轧钢卷550万t及生产板坯钢种、规格、温度变化不一的需求,基于现有一级自动化设备及新型计算机技术投用加热炉自动化控制系统,通过数字化自动燃烧模型、温度前馈控制实现炉内合理加热板坯及实时定位跟踪控制。解决了热轧加热炉烧钢不均、氧化烧损严重、能源消耗大及职工作业环境危险恶劣等问题。 In the paper,it is described such problems as uneven burning in heating furnace of hot rolling,serious burning loss of oxidation,great energy consumption as well as dangerous and bad working environment of staffs are solved based on the existing first-level automation equipment and new computer technology applied in the automatic control system of heating furnace aiming at the annual output of 5.5 million tons of hot-rolled coils as well as the changing demands of steel grades,specifications and temperatures for slab with the hot rolling 2250 mm production line.The reasonable heating of slab in heating furnace and real-time locating and tracking control are realized through the automatic combustion model and feedforward control of temperature.
