针灸联合子午流注纳甲法对中风后遗症的疗效及血清炎性因子的影响

The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with point selection method of Ziwu Liuzhu Najia and its influence on the serum inflammatory factors of patients with stroke sequela

目的:探讨针灸联合子午流注纳甲法对中风后遗症的疗效及血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选择2015年1月至2017年1月在济南军区总医院治疗的中风后遗症患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组采用常规针灸治疗,观察组采用针灸联合子午流注纳甲法治疗。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前、后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分和血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(75.6%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分及血清TNF-α、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分及血清TNF-α、IL-6水平显著降低,ADL评分升高,且观察组NIHSS评分及血清TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合子午流注纳甲法可有效抑制中风后遗症患者炎症反应,减轻脑神经功能缺损,提高患者日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with point selection method of Ziwu Liuzhu Najia and its influence on the serum inflammatory factors of patients with stroke sequela.Methods:A total of90patients with stroke sequelae treated in our hospital from January2015to January2017were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture,and those in the observation group were treated with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection combined with the conventional acupuncture.The National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NHISS)score and the activity of daily living(ADL)score were detected before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and the serum levels of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin6(IL-6)were compared.Results:The response rate in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the NIHSS score,ADL score and the serum TNF-αand IL-6levels between the two groups(P>0.05),while an increase in the ADL score and remarkable decreases in the NIHSS score and the TNF-αand IL-6concentrations were found after treatment(P<0.05).These changes were more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with point selection method of Ziwu Liuzhu Najia achieved better curative effect for the treatment of stroke sequela.It could inhibit the inflammatory response,attenuate neurological deficit and improve the abilities of daily living.
