颅脑损伤患者血清Aβ-42水平与神经元损伤、凋亡的关系 被引量:6

Relationships between the serum level of Aβ-42 and neuronal damage and apoptosis in patients with craniocerebral injury

摘要 目的:探讨颅脑损伤(TBI)患者血清β-淀粉样蛋白42(Aβ-42)水平与神经元损伤、凋亡指标的关系。方法:选取2013年4月至2016年9月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的84例TBI患者作为观察组,另同期选取84例健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组血清Aβ-42水平、神经元损伤指标、凋亡指标表达差异及各指标间的相关性。结果:观察组血清Aβ-42水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清Aβ-42水平与神经元损伤指标S100B、脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和神经元凋亡指标可溶性凋亡相关因子(sFas)、可溶性凋亡相关因子配体(sFasL)呈正相关关系(P<0.05),与胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:TBI患者血清中Aβ42水平与神经元损伤指标S100B、FABP、NSE、IGF-1以及凋亡相关指标Bcl-2、sFas、sFasL均存在一定相关性,可作为判断TBI病情严重程度的指标。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between the serum level of amyloidβ-protein(Aβ-42)and the indexes of neuronal damage and apoptosis in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods:Eighty-four traumatic brain injury patients admitted to our hospital from April2013to September2016were included in the observation group,and84healthy subjects were selected as a control group.The serum levels of Aβ-42,neuronal injury indexes and apoptosis-related protein were detected,and the correlations among these indexes were analyzed.Results:The level of serum Aβ-42in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum Aβ-42level was positively correlated with S100B,fatty acid-binding protein(FABP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),soluble apoptosis related factor ligands(sFasL)and soluble apoptosis related factors(sFas)levels,and it was negatively correlated with insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and B-lymphoblast-2gene(Bcl-2)levels.Conclusion:The level of Aβ42in serum of patients with craniocerebral injury was associated with the indexes of nerve injury such as S100B,FABP,NSE,IGF-1and the apoptosis-related indexes such as Bcl-2,sFas and sFasL,which might be regarded as a reliable marker of the severity of brain injury.
