Research Progresses of Soyasaponin

大豆皂苷属五环三萜类齐墩果烷型皂苷,具有良好的生理活性。本文综述近年来国内外对大豆皂苷的研究,从结构、性质、制备方法、检测、生理功效等五个方面阐述大豆皂苷的研究现状。认为大豆皂苷是一种具备多种生理特性的天然生物活性物质,实际应用价值高、市场开发潜力大。

Soyasaponin is an oleanane pentacyclic triterpenoidal saponin with good physiological activities.This paper reviews the recent research on soyasaponin,elaborates its current research status in terms of structure,properties,preparation methods,detection and physiological functions.The results show that soyasaponin,as natural bioactive substance with kinds of physiological characteristics,has high practical application value and great market development potential.
