摘要
以白刺为原料,冻干粉碎后,加入乙醇进行提取,经浓缩纯化,得到白刺原花青素提取物。通过单因素实验,以白刺原花青素提取量为指标,分析了乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比对白刺原花青素提取量的影响;在此基础之上,通过响应面优化实验对白刺原花青素提取工艺进行了优化,得出提取白刺原花青素的最优条件为:乙醇浓度74%,提取时间60 min,提取温度45℃,料液比14 g/mL,在此条件下,白刺原花青素提取率为17.045 mg/g。
Using Nitraria as raw material,freeze-dried and pulverized,and then extracted with ethanol,Nitraria proanthocyanidins was obtained after concentration and purification.The effects of ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction amount of proanthocyanidins from Nitraria were analyzed by single factor experiment.On the basis of this approach,the response surface optimization experiment was carried out on the Nitraria proanthocyanidins.The extraction process was optimized to obtain the following optimal condition for extracting the original proanthocyanidins from Nitraria:ethanol concentration 74%,extraction time 60 min,extraction temperature 45℃,material-liquid ratio 14 g/mL.Under this condition,the extraction rate is 17.045 mg/g.
