基于插补算法的水泥3D打印系统分析与设计

摘要 3D打印是一种新兴智能制造方法。建筑3D打印是传统3D打印在建筑领域的应用,具有建造速度快、节约人力材料、环保性好等诸多优点,发展前景广阔。本文设计了一种基于插补程序的水泥3D打印系统,通过实验证明该系统安全可靠、具有应用于大规模生产的潜力。 3D printing is an emerging intelligent manufacturing method.Construction 3D printing is the application of traditional 3D printing in the field of architecture.Construction 3D printing has many advantages such as fast construction speed,saving manpower materials,good environmental protection,etc.,thus has broad development prospects.Based on the interpolation program,we designed a cement 3D printing system which has been proved by experiments to be safe and reliable and has the potential to be applied to large-scale production.
