浅析供给侧结构改革下四川粮食安全面临的挑战与对策

Analysis on the Challenges and Countermeasures of China's Food Security under the Reform of Supply Side Structure

供给侧结构改革下四川粮食安全问题也呈现出一些新特征:粮食增速低于全国平均水平;粮食播种面积稳定、单产水平影响大;从粮食净调出省转变为粮食净调入省;粮食结构性矛盾突出。文章在简析我国粮食供求形势的基础上,分析了四川粮食安全面临的挑战,从而提出供给侧结构改革下保障我国粮食安全的措施。

The food security problem in Sichuan under the reform of supply-side structure also presents some new features:the grain growth rate is lower than the national average;the grain planting area is stable and the yield level is greatly affected;Sichuan province has changed from the net grain-out-province to the grain-in-province;the structural contradictions of food are prominent.Based on a brief analysis of China's grain supply and demand situation,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by Sichuan's food security,and proposes measures to ensure China's food security under the reform of supply-side structure.
