摘要
将自密实混凝土应用于预制桥梁构件和预制箱涵生产中,探讨了自密实混凝土配合比设计要点,新拌、硬化后混凝土性能,以及浇筑成型该类构件的工艺方法。结合实际生产情况,给出了自密实混凝土应用存在的问题及建议。
The application of self-compacting concrete to prefabricated bridge components and prefabricated box culvert production is studied,the main points of mix design of self-compacting concrete,the concrete performance of new mixing and hardening,and the process method of pouring and forming such component are discussed.In the actual production situation,the problems and suggestions of self-compacting concrete application are put forward.
