摘要
针对市场上大多数等离子电源,功率因数低、可控性差等缺点,介绍了一种基于DSP的高频高压交流电源。首先介绍电路的设计,其次分析了比例谐振(PR)控制算法,针对PR算法的不足,提出了准PR控制算法,并介绍了准PR的实现过程。为了验证该控制策略的正确性,采用介质阻挡放电管,搭建实验平台进行了对比实验,实验验证了想法的正确性。
In view of shortcomings of most plasma power supply on the market,such as low power factor and poor controlability,a high-frequency and high-voltage AC power supply based on DSP is introduced.Firstly,the design of the circuit is introduced.Then,the PR(Proportional Resonance)control algorithm is analyzed.In view of the shortage of the PR algorithm,a quasi-PR control algorithm is proposed and the realizing process of quasi-PR is introduced.In order to verify the correctness of the control strategy,an experimental platform for comparison was built by using the dielectric barrier discharge tube.The experiment verified the correctness of the idea.
