摘要 非盟发布的《非洲大陆教育战略(2016-2025年)》重视对非洲各级各类教育现状与问题进行分析和指正,明确了实现非洲大陆可持续发展所需人才的培养规格,强调教育在解决非洲现实问题方面的功能,注重汲取《非洲"二·十"教育行动计划》执行的经验教训,对于非洲未来的政治稳定、经济繁荣、社会进步和青年自我发展以及各级各类教育改革与实践具有重要意义,受到来自国际社会和非洲各利益相关者的关注。同时,战略面临的相关问题和挑战也有待进一步探索和解决。
