摘要
针对黄铜镀银黑化门钮表面出现的腐蚀现象,开展试验和分析。通过SEM-EDS和XPS测试,确定腐蚀现象源自含锌物质。进一步排查涉及工序,并通过加速腐蚀试验,查明为使用氯化锌作为钎剂造成的腐蚀。经更正,杜绝了问题再生,保障了装备的可靠性和环境适应性。
Experiments and analysis are carried out on the corrosion phenomenon on the surface of silver-plated blackened brass door knobs.The SEM-EDS and XPS tests confirm that the corrosion phenomenon results from zinc-containing contaminant.Further investigation involves the relevant working procedures,and by conducting the accelerated corrosion test,the soldering flux ZnCl2 proves to be the cause of the corrosion.After correction,the problem is eliminated,and the reliability and environmental adaptability of the equipment are guaranteed.
