天线转台振动噪声分析与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过基于LMS的机械振动与噪声测试平台对天线转台进行振动噪声测试。实验结果表明,随着转台转速增加,其空气噪声增大。4种工况下空气噪声峰值频率和加速度峰值频率均为齿轮啮合频率的倍频,表明转台的振动噪声主要是由于啮合传动产生的。对齿轮进行结构优化以及在转台侧壁贴敷阻尼材料可实现降噪。天线转台振动噪声试验测试结果可为后续天线转台减振降噪提供指导性意见。 The vibration and noise of the antenna turntable are tested through the mechanical vibration and noise test platform based on the LMS.The experimental results show that the air noise increases with the increase of the rotation speed of the turntable.The peak frequency of the air noise and the acceleration under four operating conditions is the multiple of the meshing frequency of the gear,which indicates that the vibration noise of the turntable is mainly caused by the meshing transmission of the gear.By optimizing the structure of the gear and applying damping materials to the side wall of the turntable,the air noise can be reduced.The test results of the vibration and noise of the antenna turntable can provide guiding opinions for the vibration and noise reduction of the subsequent antenna turntable.
