电动汽车群参与调频服务的策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 电动汽车数量具备一定的规模后,可以利用电动汽车的移动储能特性,向电网提供调频服务。针对目前研究多集中在单种电动汽车参与系统调频,忽略了实际运营中不同种类电动汽车运行规律的差异,本文提出了一种电动汽车分群方法和不同电动汽车群参与电网调频的策略,该策略既能满足电动汽车行驶需求和延长动力电池寿命,也能参与电网调频辅助服务。在此基础上,建立了电动汽车群调频容量的计算模型,研究和建立了多种电动汽车参与一次调频和二次调频的系统模型。通过算例研究,验证了所提策略和模型的可行性和有效性。 The character of mobile energy storage of electrical vehicles can participate into the frequency regulation of grid when the number of EVs has a sufficient scale.According to the research status that focuses on single-species EVs providing frequency regulation and ignores difference in operating rules between different groups of EVs,a cluster-based strategy for EVs and of participating into the frequency regulation for different groups of EVs is proposed.The strategy can satisfy the travel demands of EVs,prolong the lifetime of power battery and participate into the frequency regulation service.Based on this,the calculation model of frequency regulating capacities of EVs is established,and the models of EVs participating into the primary and secondary frequency regulation are researched and established.According to the case study,the feasibility and availability of the strategy and the model are verified.
