摘要
本文阐述在铝合金热成形过程中,为了提高产品质量和生产效率,需要在多个生产过程中检测铝合金板材的温度。由于合金板材在轧制过程多是运动的,所以采用热电偶或热电阻等接触法不太适用。本项目采用多光谱辐射测温方法 ,通过多光谱信息处理算法,结合铝合金板轧制工艺过程,消除环境影响,实现铝合金板材温度在线高精度测量。
In order to improve product quality and production efficiency,the temperature of aluminum alloy plate should be measured in several production processes.Because the alloy plate is mostly moving during rolling,it is not suitable to use contact method such as thermocouple or thermal resistance.This project adopts the multi-spectral radiation temperature measurement method,by multispectral information processing algorithm,combined with the aluminum alloy plate rolling process,eliminates the environmental impact,realizes aluminum alloy plate temperature measurement online.
