摘要
冷冻站是锂电池隔膜工厂不可缺少的能源中心,结合具有行业代表性的设计案例,从设计与运行2个方面综合分析;结合生产实际,进行了机组选型、系统配套、变工况切换、机房能效等关键技术设计,提升了冷冻站房综合性能,缩减了该类工厂冷冻站运行成本投入,为隔膜行业设计人员及管理人员提供了技术参考。
Refrigeration station is an indispensable energy center of lithium battery diaphragm factory.Based on the typical design cases of the industry,this paper comprehensively analyzes the design and operation of the refrigeration station,and combines with the production practice,carries out the key technical design of unit selection,system matching,off-design switching,energy efficiency of the refrigeration station room,and so on,which improves the integrated performance of the refrigeration station room.The performance reduces the operation cost of refrigeration stations in this kind of factories,and provides technical reference for designers and managers in diaphragm industry.
