摘要
对空冷机组冷端提效改造方案的实施效果进行评价,可以辅助发电厂进行投资决策。文中介绍了基于干式间接蓄冷式空冷系统(DICSSAC)的空冷机组冷端提效改造方案,运用最优最劣法BWM(Bestandworstmethod)和Vague集方法构建其综合评价模型。评价结果表明对DICSSAC方案实施效果影响较大的因素主要是能够反映方案实施的直接技术和经济指标。根据Vague值评价结果,基于DICSSAC的600MW空冷机组冷端提效改造的实施效果处于“好”这一等级,表明该方案能够显著提高机组运行的技术经济性能。
Evaluating the implementation effect of the cold-end energy-efficiency improvement scheme of air cooling units can help the power plants to make investment decision-making.The reform based on the dry and indirect cold storage system of air cooling(DICSSAC)for the cold-end of air cooling units is introduced in this paper.A comprehensive evaluation model is constructed using the BWM and vague set techniques to evaluate the comprehensive effect of implementing DICSSAC on 600MW air cooling units.Judging from the results of the comprehensive evaluation,the factors having greater impacts on the implementation effect of the DICSSAC are mainly the ones that can directly reflect the technical and economic effects of the implementation of the program.According to the evaluation results of Vague set,the implementation effect of the DICSSAC-based cold-end and efficiency-improving reform for 600MW air cooling units is in the“good”level,revealing that this reform can significantly improve the technical and economic performance of the unit operation.
