摘要
冀东油田施工井中大斜度井占比大,井斜大于45°的施工井段无法采用常规电缆输送的井壁取心工艺技术,导致该井段无法在完井测井阶段录取地层岩心资料。针对这一问题,讨论了实现钻具输送的可能性,并对该技术中的实现信号传输、防阻减震、提高发射成功率、提高收获率等关键技术进行了研究,同时制定了现场的技术保障措施。目前已完成33口井的井壁取心作业,最大井斜达到65. 2°,平均岩心收获率高达87. 89%,解决了使用电缆取心时大斜度井和复杂井的井壁取心技术难题,实现了钻具输送撞击式井壁取心技术在国内的首次规模应用。
Highly deviated wells account for a large proportion at Jidong Oilfield.Wells with deviation higher than45°are proved to be difficult or even impossible to perform sidewall coring with conventional wireline tools during well completion and logging.So in this paper the drill pipe conveying is discussed,and research is made on signal transmission,drag reduction,shock reduction,emission success rate improvement,and core recovery improvement.And relevant field measures are proposed.Sidewall coring has been successfully completed in 33 wells with a highest deviation of65.2degrees,the average core recovery is87.89%,realizing drill pipe conveyed percussive sidewall coring in China for the first time,which has solved the problems of cable conveyed sidewall coring in highly deviated wells or complex wells.
