巴基斯坦UEP油田牵制型旋转尾管固井关键技术 被引量:8

摘要 针对UEP油田三开尾管固井中旋转尾管悬挂器出现的送入工具脱手失败的问题,分析了该地区三开尾管固井存在的裸眼段砂岩与页岩交替存在、井壁不稳定,钻井液密度高、悬浮稳定性差,环空间隙小、套管易贴边和尾管短轻、抗扭能力差等技术难点,提出了集内嵌卡瓦、顶部封隔、反向牵制、旋转、液压丢手功能于一体的牵制型旋转尾管固井技术和关键技术措施,在RN-1和GD-1井尾管固井施工中应用成功,同时也对该地区今后尾管固井施工提出了针对性的建议。 The running tool of the rotating liner hanger failed to release during the liner cementing operation of some wells in UEP oilfield.The difficulties during liner cementing operation are analyzed herein,including alternated sandstone and shale rocks at openhole section,borehole instability,high drilling fluid density and poor suspension,small annulus clearance,liner stuck to one side of the open hole,short and light liners,and low anti-torsion performance.A rotating liner hanger system with dove-tail slips,liner top packer,hold-down sub and hydraulic release tool is then introduced herein,as well as its critical technical parameters and key issues.It has been successfully applied in Wells RN-1and GD-1.Some specific advice regards the liner cementing operation in UEP oilfield is also put forward.
