川西地区高温超高压超深井安全试油井下作业技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 随着川西地区天然气资源勘探向深部储层进军,勘探井具有高温、超深、超高压、含硫化氢等特点,试油技术面临巨大挑战。根据川西地区深部储层特点和安全作业需求,针对其试油难点,研究形成3套测试管柱及其工艺,研制了耐高温低伤害酸压工作液体系,并制定了改造工艺措施,保障了高温超高压超深井试油井下作业的安全施工。高温超高压超深井安全试油井下作业技术在川西地区多个构造现场应用,效果显著,为深部气藏的勘探开发提供了技术支撑。 With the natural gas exploration going deeper in western Sichuan,exploration wells are characterized by high temperature,ultra deep TD,ultra-high pressure,and hydrogen sulfide contained,posing challenges on well testing technology.According to the characteristics of deep reservoirs and the requirements of safe operation in western Sichuan,three testing strings were designed according to the difficulties of well testing,and high-temperature low-damage acid was developed,and the perforation,testing measures were worked out respectively to ensure the safe operation.The technology has been applied at many structures in western Sichuan area with remarkable effects,which provides technical support for the exploration and development of deep gas reservoirs.
