高乳化陈旧原油脱水困难的影响因素浅析 被引量:1

摘要 针对大庆油田高乳化陈旧原油由于成分复杂进入采出液处理系统后易造成脱水电场运行不平稳等生产问题,在大量室内实验的基础上,确定了影响高乳化陈旧原油难处理的关键原因:由于FeS (或Fe化合物)的存在,以及杂质含量高并与固体颗粒和沥青质吸附在一起致使原油出现了高乳化;原油在系统中停留时间长,轻组分过于挥发,形成陈旧原油。并据此提出了高乳化陈旧原油有效处理工艺,在现场应用后取得了较好的节能效果。 Due to complex compositions of high emulsified and old crude oil in Daqing oilfield,after entering the produced liquid treatment system,some problems-including unstable operation of the dehydrated electric field,and so on-have been created.On the basis of a large number of laboratory experiments,the key factors affecting the difficult treatment of high emulsified and old crude oil have been determined.Due to the presence of FeS(or Fe compound)and high impurity content,that solid particles adsorbed with asphaltenes results in high emulsification of crude oil.Crude oil has a long residence time in the system,as well as light components overvolatiled,forming old crude oil.On these bases,the effective treatment process of high emulsified and old crude oil was put forward,good energy saving effect has been achieved after field application.
