摘要
随着油田开发的不断深入,电泵采油作为高含水期、大排量采油的主导采油方式,为油田提液贡献了一份力量,但其也是油田主要的能耗大户。"潜油电泵井潜力评价及优化设计"按"一井一模型"的原则建立与实测数据高度吻合的潜油电泵能量损失仿真模型;以产量不降为边界,以内部收益率最高为目标,进行单井降本潜力预测及评价;针对评价有效益、有潜力的潜油电泵井结合现场实际情况,开展潜油电泵井优化设计技术改造工作。该技术通过现场应用证实能耗优化设计方案切实可行,优化改造技术成效明显,达到了预期效果。
With the deepening of oilfield development,electric pump oil production,as the dominant mode of oil production in high water cut period and large displacement,contributes a lot to oil field fluid extraction,but it is also the main energy consumption of oilfield.According to the principle of"one well,one model",the"potential evaluation and optimization design of submersible electric pump wells"introduced in this paper establishes a simulation model of energy loss of submersible electric pump,which is highly consistent with the measured data.The potential of cost reduction of a single well is predicted and evaluated by taking the production as the boundary and the highest internal rate of return as the objective.Potential electric submersible pump wells combined with the actual situation in the field,establish the optimization design technology of electric submersible pump wells,and carry out the optimization and transformation work.Through field application,the technology proves that the energy consumption optimization design scheme is feasible,and the effect of optimization and transformation technology is obvious,which achieves the expected effect.
