摘要
英买力作业区至牙哈装车站的输油管线属于长距离输送管线,沿程温度降低明显,冬季沿线设立中间站加热炉对油品进行加热才能保证管线的安全运行。加热炉属于大功率耗能设备,对加热炉的运行进行优化是节能工作的重点。加热炉的优化运行取决于能量的有效利用。在实际生产过程中,加热炉给油品提供的热量远远超过了油品在输送过程中为避免冻凝所需要的热量,因此,计算出管线在输送过程中所需的热量是为加热炉提供高效运行的数据依据。
The pipeline of The Yingmaili operation area to Yaha loading station belongs to the long distance pipelines,and the temperature was significantly lower along it.In the winter,along the pipelineinstalled a intermediate station furnace for heating the oil to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.Heating furnace belonging to high-power energy-consuming equipment.Therefore,the operation of heating furnace optimization is the key.The optimal operation of heating furnace depends on the effective use of energy.In the actual production process,the heat from heating furnace was far more than the amount of heat needed by the oil in the transportation process in order to avoid congealing.Therefore,to calculate the inevitable heat of the pipeline in the transportation process is the basic data for providing efficient operation of heating furnace.
