摘要 抽油机节能一直是机械采油重点工作,而单耗作为评价机械采油效率的一个重要技术指标,也成为机采节能工作的主要研究对象。从分解单耗计算公式入手,结合某矿机采能耗实际测试情况,分别对地面抽汲参数中的两个重要参数——冲程和冲速与单耗的变化关系绘制统计曲线;并且,通过现场试验和效果分析,找到了悬点载荷、交变载荷、抽油杆的弹性形变及各节点摩擦损失和机械损失是影响单耗的重要原因,得出在理论排量不变的前提下,以"大冲程、小冲速"的参数配置更节能的结论。提高了对地面参数匹配性的认识,在一定程度上对抽油机井的节能工作提供了技术参考。 Pumping energy conservation priority has always been a mechanical oil production,and consumption as the evaluation of mechanical recovery efficiency is an important technical index,also become the machine adopt the main research object of energy saving work.This article obtains from the consumption calculation formula,combined with X mill by the actual test,energy consumption of swabbing parameter on the ground,two important parameters in stroke and speed statistical curve drawing with the changes of consumption,and through the field test and effect analysis,found the polished rod load and alternating load,elastic deformation of sucker rod and friction loss and mechanical losses of all nodes is one of the important reasons,affect the unit consumption is obtained in theory under the premise of displacement is constant,with the parameters of the"long stroke,low speed"configuration is more efficient to the conclusion.It improves the understanding of the matching of ground parameters and provides a technical reference for the energy-saving work of pumping wells to a certain extent.
