摘要
针对塔西南化肥厂合成氨装置余热资源的现状,通过系统研究分析汽轮机低真空改造的技术可行性、技术保障措施,以及汽轮机低真空改造运行中存在的问题和应对改进措施等,最终提出优化改造方案。首次将合成氨装置透平表冷器余热用于生活区冬季采暖,通过对表冷器余热资源的利用,提高了能源的综合利用率,减少资源的浪费,缓解冬季天然气使用紧张的状况,实现企业和社会的双赢。
This Paper,on the account of current waste heat utilizating situation in Ta Xi Nan synthetic ammonia plant,studies feasibility of reconstruction techniques of steam turbine vacuum system,technical insurance measures,existing problems in reconstruction techniques and its coping measures systematically,and puts forward the optimized solution for reconstruction.Through this reconstruction,waste heat of steam turbine in synthetic ammonia plant is used for winter heating of residential area for the first time.In the mean time,by efficient utilization of steam turbine waste heat,this technology improves the comprehensive utilization rate of energy,reduces the waste of heat resources and eases the pressure of the natural gas use.In the end,the reconstruction technology achieves double wins of company and society.
