Some beneficial practices of seawater cooling tower long-time running

在海水冷却塔应用于我国工业冷却的10余年间,相关设计、施工和运行管理的多项有益实践获得实际验证,如补充水管液下补水方式、集水池围栏内侧设置、釉面瓷砖混凝土防腐、淋水填料非均匀布置和冷却塔壳体外表面的非均匀腐蚀特性等。通过阐明上述实践的优缺点、原理和应用效果,推广这些有益的实践经验,提高我国海水循环冷却技术的应用水平。

During the more than ten years of seawater cooling tower application in industrial cooling of China,some beneficial practices in aspects of design,construction and operation management such as:modes of make-up water pipes under water surface replenishment,closing-to-pool fences,corrosion prevention with glazed ceramic tile,inhomogeneous arrangement of water spray packing,inhomogeneous corrosive property of cooling tower shell surface,has been verified.Through the elaboration of the advantages,disadvantages,principle and application effect of the above practices,the beneficial practical experience could be popularized,which may raise the application level of seawater circulating cooling technology.
