Overview of Artificial Intelligence and Legislation under the Framework of Russian Digital Economy

本文介绍了俄罗斯在发展数字经济框架下的人工智能的现状,分析了俄罗斯人工智能与数字经济发展的关系,阐述了俄罗斯数字经济立法情况,重点探讨了俄罗斯对人工智能技术研发及立法的考虑,并提出了一些启示和建议,供我国人工智能立法参考。

This paper first introduces the development of Russian artificial intelligence under its framework of digital economy.The relationship between Russian artificial intelligence and digital economy development is then analyzed,elaborates the legislation situation of Russian digital economy,and the research and development of artificial intelligence in Russia and its legislation are also discussed.Finally,put forwards some enlightenment and suggestions on the legislation of artificial intelligence,hoping to provide reference for China.
