混凝土用磷酸基缓凝剂的制备与性能研究

通过调整反应原料配比,合成不同缓凝剂,采用凝胶渗透色谱和高效液相色谱监测反应情况,在净浆中通过掺入聚羧酸减水剂,测定缓凝剂使用性能和黏土敏感性,参考国标对单独缓凝剂在混凝土中的性能进行了测定。

By adjusting the ratio of reaction materials,different retarders are synthesized and the reaction conditions are monitored by gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.The performance and clay sensitivity of several retarders are measured by adding polycarboxylate superplasticizer into the paste.The performance of retarder in concrete is determined with reference to the national standard.
