Technical Agent:New Thinking of the Functional Position of Higher Vocational Colleges in College-enterprise Cooperation

推进产教融合、校企合作,践行产学研等多方协同育人是职业教育发展的必由之路,而推进职业教育校企合作办学的重点和关键在于要进一步明确高职院校在其中的市场职能和定位。通过构建"高职院校—企业—技术研发机构"协同育人新模式,分析了技术代理人这一高职院校新职能定位所发挥的主要作用和所获得的可能性回报,为进一步提升我国职业教育校企合作办学的质量和实效提供借鉴和参考。

promotion of integration of production and teaching,college-enterprise cooperation along with teaching-research-production practices is an inevitable way to develop vocational education.The focus of promoting college-enterprise cooperation is on further specifying the function and position higher vocational colleges take.This paper puts forward a new mode of cooperative education--cooperation of higher vocational college-enterprise-technology research and development institution.It also analyzes what kind of leading role technical agent(a new position in higher vocational colleges)plays,as well as its possible rewards.It could provide new experience and reference for improving the quality and effectiveness of college-enterprise cooperation in Chinese vocational education.
